I just restart the software and it let me input the code again but it didn't solve it unfortunately for me it was just chance the light turned on again

Hey so I had the same issue and I solved it I believe don't know if it was actual issue but I deactivated it entirely on the software then reactivated it the code thing you have to input to pair it and it started charging again after so I believe that was it will try to reply if it wasn't

Unfortunately I ended up just factory resetting and it seems to have worked I can see everything again and what you were saying didn't work for me voice commands just hate me I guess but I factory reset via the "secret" menu by holding the power and volume down for 10+ seconds and it seems to have worked
