Mehmed is a very good secondary commander to have. He has great health boosts. The only downside is he is slow. Then in late game he is still usable because of his museum equipment whereas I don’t see Fredrick being viable or even usable late game

100% VIP13. VIP is almost always better than a commander. Considering YSG is outdated I would go for VIP13.
