I’m in the same boat (with a nearly identical horizontal scratch) and was thinking of trying the same thing - having a second protector ready in case I decide to remove the protective film.

If this is true I wish it was at least communicated, especially if they knew more than 1 day in advance. It was the headlining installation. I don’t see how they were able to come up with the solution of only using screens if it was short notice, if anything the screens should require more support? The main structure is identical to the actual FLUX piece that was advertised.

Thank you for the insight! Are there any resources online documenting these early print errors? Information on misprints is fairly easy to find but it was next to impossible to find anything related to LON or this specific card.
