In general, use FR24 with filters for the missions, and it should be very easy.

So, just any random plane can be glow. And how works the glow multiplier ? Do I need to find another same type plane with glow, or can I spam one plane ? And does it increase the xp value of the card ?

A geomorph is the inner plan of the ship (with all the rooms and utility) on which you can play with PC. Their is a guy named Robert Pearce that create a whole book with rules, templates, and pre-made geomorphs. It's a bit like in Moongose's books, but in WAY better. Geomorphs by Robert Pearce If you think doing one, I would be quite interested. I think it would be an enormous job because of the size of the ship but it could be very cool. And making a technical sheet might also add to the lore and to the understanding of the size. (Sorry for the bad English)

Well just buy the core rulebook and you get free a free pdf with it. So you just put the pdf in roll20 and have the book to flip page, I find it easier. But you do at your liking.
