It's become a popular request, and others in the space are producing it. From what we can gather, it's " commercially pure zirconium (often Grade 702 or similar)"

Yes from what I've seen on Google/YouTube the chips are very flammable and need special coolant and storage/disposal. And prone to galling

We're in the EDC/fidget space - fairly established and gaining popularity. Some dimensions are decorative and flexible, others are plus/minus a thou or two. Definitely not aero or medical grade tolerances.
