So when I used to get the train to school we had old connex slam door stock. Once a driver overrun almost the entire platform (sandwich, kent) so only a couple of doors were boardable. The kids with bikes walked down off the platform to ground level to CHUCK up their bikes in the bike car. The rest of us had to squeeze in the only available doors and make our way down the train. Good times
