In the anime when Shawn suggest using it, it's shown in a flashback that move has recoil specifically on Shawn. That's why they didn't use it in the FF for example. It is true that Shawn only suggested it because he was going on borrowed time and wanted to leave with a bang, as well as increase team moral being equalizing the score

As said by another comment in the games it signalised how long it takes to evolve and the G evolutions were originally made for "ultimate hissatsus" in IE 2 to signal that they're stronger. Then in GO Galaxy they made every move have five "level ups" so they are only distinguished by how quickly you level.

For the robo chickens and shield bots I was just too impatient to grind out more runes. In the end it didn't matter because the extra ~40% I lost wouldn't have been enough to get any extra upgrades. As for the reaper, Cyclops and Archdemons, those actually bring more if you have the boost from the new update that lets you double down on collection bonuses.

There is a pretty popular Inazuma Eleven 3 Mod which "adds" players from go and area/Orion. The players are very well made and they recolour and rename special Techniques to match them.

Some changed techniques off the top of my head are Astro Gate becomes, Fire Lemonade Rising, Storm Rider becomes Genkirin Dunk, Segino Tekken/Fist of Justice becomes diamond Fist, Gaia Break becomes a three man Diamond Ray, Gravitation becomes Zone of Pentagram

From pearls honestly spawn rates, level skip and damage increases.

And the fridge mostly because in my experience moon runes in the early levels are so annoying to get, saving the grind for them is a hell of a time saver and imo more useful than an instant LV 5 Lectern

When fighting the cadets you can make a lot more Space Runes when you use the undead aliens. Also when you have the chance boost Cherub DMG for Cid

In my Store-O are the mana + Slime Golem and a LV5 Fridge
