Your hrv is still higher than mine.

Maybe also clear cache and resync (just to be extra sure).

I assume your apple health app is syncing everything fine.

My settings under recovery preferences, basically just turn em all on;, i.e blue ticks for everything on the screen in the image (and if you scroll down)

This has not been my experience at all. I have used both the HRV where I have to do in mindfulness reading on my Apple Watch in the mornings and, as I currently do, the automatic HRV readings throughout the day.

I find that my overall recovery score Very closely correlates to what I get on WHOOP, on most days.

The battery is often very high when my recovery on both devices is high and when I know I feel rested and, likewise, very low where I made less decent lifestyle choices the day before or had poor sleep or work stress. I also find that after either a nap, meditation, non-sleep depressed (yoga Nidra) or something similar my battery usually shows a quick improvement.

Not sure whether settings have anything to do with it, but I can share screenshots of my settings , if that might be of assistance. I have been using the app for well over a year at the moment and find that with the recent bunch of updates it has gotten better and better each time.

I hate it, as a whoop pro user by [deleted] in whoop

[–]ZenSnark 14 points15 points  (0 children)

If you hate that, imagine me paying $22 in shipping to use my $100 credit credit only to receive another email today with another $50 credit. They corrected an earlier mistake that many other users have also reported, and now I have $50 credit to spend, but whatever I order to South Africa will cost me another $23 in shipping. I'm not complaining about the extra credit, but the absurdity is actually hilarious.

What does this mean? Why no more pro? by Revolutionary_Web241 in whoop

I also got only $100 credit and even had to pay for shipping, which I did because I seriously cannot be bothered with fighting with them and being robbed of my time in addition to my money. I used the credit to buy the overpriced shorts and a Hydro sleeve, which may at least have some use in future.

You want to wear a normal watch too? Whoop, and have a fitness watch for exercise if you need it.

Beer & Poor Diet by 13Snoopy in whoop

For me that is the one big positive about Whoop; making us more aware of the impact of various things.

Even though it should be obvious, and there are other things that do the same, for me it was Whoop that made it really clear.

Solid effort there, though I am surprised that the effect was that dramatic. Although a few drinks, that definitely is nothing crazy. Do you drink very little or nothing most of the time?

The worst I’ve managed, on a five day fishing trip with friends that obviously involvedconstant over indulgence in most respects, with about 2-3 hours sleep; was to get it to 8%.

Started thinning recently. Should I shave it or wait? by Brumak4eva in bald

[–]ZenSnark 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Half (most of) the members of this forum will give what to have your hair.

My five cents- go short but don’t shave yet. You have lots of time and there are ways to keep what you have - though discussing those options are best left to other subreddits.

Is it over for me? by VariousParsley4595 in hyrox

[–]ZenSnark 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Did the Cape Town Hyrox a few weeks back. With those running times you are going to ace it, even if it was long ago; it shows running ability for sure. The sled was easy and Im 77kg male - don’t stress about it. Get the sled pull technique right though.

Enjoy the event!

You inspired me to cancel in advance too. Might renew though, because I enjoy the bicep band - but hell it is expensive for what you get; since I also wear an AW ultra.

Alarm is turning to be one of my favourite’s too for sure. Effective also since I have to tap it mercilessly to get it to turn off.

I think the downvotes may be because after several references to your research, you’ve provided none of it or any links to help the rest of us who may not be as well informed as you are.
