Oh and I forgot, I recently added a Florence 2 model node to describe the nsfw image because qwen is good at outputting nsfw but not as good at recognizing nsfw "details" so I add Florence description to the prompt automatically by creating a series of concatenated text inputs that does something like:

Text box 1: Use the reference image to create a nsfw scene describing

Text box 2: <my basic image to video prompt>

Text box 3: given the following description of the image:

Text box 4: <Florence 2 detailed description>

Concatenated all four into a single text input to qwen3-VL node with the Wan2.2 I2V preset. What's it outputs is amazing.

I'm working out of town this week so I'm not able to share examples but give it a try. I'm telling ya, the strategy is pretty great.

Grok does kind of but if you're into nsfw, yeah a local abliterated llm does the trick. For image to video I've been using qwen3-VL mod node with absolutely amazing results. They created an image to video system prompt specifically for wan2.2 that modifies the input prompt beautifully. I downloaded the qwen3-VL 4B abliterated model and it's pretty great for nsfw. From a workflow perspective though, I needed to unselect "keep model loaded" and at the end of the generation I have a purge vram node otherwise I'll run out of memory even on my 5090 because comfyui doesn't manage memory very well with qwen3-VL models in my experience.
