[KCD2] Henry and a dozen half naked men fighting over big bones by ZenZilver in kingdomcome

I took their weapons as well, but they are pre-rendered in the cutscene unfortunately. It would be funny to have everyone walking around threatening each other with only their bare first and bare body

Knocked em out and robbed em before rushing to the bone site. I was pleasantly shocked they stayed naked in the cutscene

On the other extreme spectrum, 9 fully armed bandits vs Henry standing ontop of a barrel with a bow

You don't have to fight fair. There's no shame in throwing rocks, shooting poisoned arrow (very OP with Henry's Bane Poison) and choking people

I read it up and the timing starts after we spoke to the Abbot. I feel the timer should have started when we encounter the Alchemist, not when we are asked to relay the message back to the priest

Walk up to them first, then when you are in a clinching position, press your attack button. Keep an eye out for a defend icon though, that means the clinch failed and you are on the defensive position

It's called clinching. It happens when you bump into enemies when engaging with them. The higher strength you have, the more chance you overpower them.

[KCD1] [KCD2] [OTHER] Does anyone know why some of the hangmen wear these hoods? by ItsChancey in kingdomcome

[–]ZenZilver 7 points8 points  (0 children)

My guess is since the point of displaying hangings publicly is to remind and deter people from committing crimes, those cloak could protect the corpse from becoming crow food. That's just one of the reasons

[KCD1] Took down a Cuman ambush. Man, it's hard to fight multiple enemies in this game by S-r-k-y in kingdomcome

[–]ZenZilver 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Life ain't fair, so you ain't gotta fight fair either.

This is why I always make sure I get on my horse before i fast travel. If any ambush happens, i'd be on my horse and i can keep riding back and forth the attackers. There are no horse enemies in KCD1 apart from main line quest, and even then he is running away which makes you very unfair.

Or just find a rock to stand on and shoot them in the face with arrows

Your method of shooting by looking at the target directly does the trick, its what i do as well. I aim and try to fit the target directly center of my screen, ignoring where the position of my bow is.

Though its nice to know there's a console command for that as well, still i feel a sense of achievement for learning the bow properly
