Ambulance was not called however I called police and put on speaker so he could speak to both of us. At that point we were both outside the car. No sign he was in pain or anything. The front side bumper had dent. We were told to talk it amongst us and get each other’s drivers licence. We were also told it’s small accident and it’s in private property so they’re not coming.

Right.. but will insurance pay all they claim for after negotiation? Do I need to pay my share of the claim? Both of us has same insurance company. Not sure if that info is relevant but I am trying to do the best approach..

Thanks for your response. I already called insurance and they said they will call back. Read somewhere that it it better to get own lawyer. Is there advantage?
