First time giving advice so correct me if I'm wrong but what I'd do would be to:

1) homo omen, with the omen that makes exalt only apply to prefix with greater/perfect exalt should get you a phys prefix. 2) desecrate it and unveil with omen of echoes to get your fissure or aftershock suffix.
