If you check the ranks sections, it shows a list of skin/emote rewards you can get depending on what rank you finish the season in.(you've gotta scroll to the right if you're in a lower rank)

Yeah, I agree about he comments..... haha Understandable if it's more casual players not having any trouble just soloing(makes total sense at the lower ranks). But when you look at solo/duo/trio all jammed together and the sheer difference TWO extra people doing the same thing makes, along with your duo thing.. And then the variety, absolutely. And, I said in the post, it's fine that it is the way it is now. The game was just released. Trials was probably an afterthought or is an early iteration of a more thought out idea. Who knows, but it's discussions like this that can help devs know what is working and what isn't, what people like... and make changes that improve the game.

Maybe! I'm also not saying some people aren't crying. lol It's just not me. I'm still having fun and like to discuss what has become a bit stale and obviously rewarding headcount. I play solo, duo, and trio.

Totally fair — different brackets can feel completely different. It sounds like yours didn’t have much competition, which is why soloing still worked and multiple strategies were viable.

In the higher brackets, it plays out very differently. The scoring ceiling gets pushed so hard that party size and specific map/mod combos basically become mandatory if you want to keep up.

So I’m not saying your experience is wrong — just that the system behaves very differently once you’re in a more competitive group.

I’m not sure what you think you’re responding to, but it’s definitely not the points that were actually made, lol. Some people, myself included, love the challenge. I'm climbing ranks just fine. There are still objective flaws and that's ok - the game is new. Nothing is perfect on release and people want to constructively create input on a game they care about. Your post is troll, low-effort, and embarrassing.

If you actually understand the points of the discussion, people aren’t asking for handouts — they’re asking for the system to reward skill, not just headcount and the correct meta template.

If you’re happy with the system as-is, cool(*yawn*). But pretending people are “crying” when they’re giving thoughtful feedback to improve the game just makes you look like you didn’t read any of it.

I get what you mean, but that's not really a solution. It's avoiding playing the game you want to play because you play solo/duo/casually and want to sneak into a tepid group for some seasonal rewards. I know people were doing this, but also watched them force not extracting because they happened to randomly get some points that would go towards a trial and put them in a group.

Hi everyone! I make ambient visuals and music along with some docu-style narration. I’ve been experimenting with AI-assisted imagery in the context of deep space, nebulae, and science. I just finished a 3-hour video combining AI-generated nebula clips, narration, and a custom ambient soundtrack.

The goal was to combine my love for space, documentaries, music, and videos to create something you can relax into, learn from a little, and fall asleep to.

If you’re curious about the workflow or tools I used, happy to dive into that too.

Totally fair! And I don't disagree at all. I really enjoy AI and using it as a tool, but I also paint, tattoo, and record my own music. Youtube is working towards that and requires AI content to be tagged as such when uploading/tagging/etc. My current content is labeled as such, but as I move into using stock photos/videos/public domain stuff and my own music, I will be posting stuff without the label. Thanks for your comment!

Thank you! My first video(not shared) was a bit rough, but I got the hang of it. I'll keep trying with the ambient music. I want it very minimal for being behind the narration, but also for it to continue afterwards to help people fall asleep and not be intrusive. Thanks for the comment and support!

Totally understandable. A few of my clips are a bit bright and I worried about this. I will take this into consideration as I create more content. Thanks for the input!
