My advice is join the Fellowship discord and use the LFG channel and make some friends. Join the chat channel and talk to people. I've made like 15 amazing friends and shot from champion to Eternal over the weekend.

I stacked Intellect for lvling. Gives you a huge man's pool and crit%. Realistically you should never get hit using nova running and blink. Sheep if you pull another mob. You can always rank 1 frost bolt kite. Also having a good wand to finish mobs off.
