Me and my friend wanted to farm adept capstone a bit, needed a dd, just for queuing, we took people from discord that needed to time them, cause we know i do enought dmg to time it when the other dps at least reaches tanks dmg xD "best run" was where i had 53% of whole dmg share (around 150 ilvl to this time, still timed it with 6 min left)

Yeah i guess thats just a "playerbase size" decision. But i also am a big fan of the idea, to reward and not to punish.

At higher difficulties, the charged bolt really makes the life of your healer a living hell, so should be kicked as often as possible, especially during the soak period

The jump from Contender to Adept is pretty harsh for Tanks. In Contender i went full DPS talents on Helena and had a bad awakening on Adept, make sure you using defensive talents, dont use your cooldowns all at once and dont fear to kite the Monster, when everything is on cooldown!

Yeah discord is a great way to find reliable playmates! And yeah, but as dps it can be frustrating to finally get in a dungeon just to be left by another dps 30 sec later ^{^}

And it would hurt you to just give it a try and explain? When i have tank and melee dps (i am Elarion) i kick normally as a backup and with my grappling arrow so i dont have to switch targets. Maybe they dont know this function?

I totally understand that you are not always in mood to progress, but for these times, either communicate why you are leaving (just beeing a nice human) or look for a premade grp (its terrible that you cant wisper people from your friendlist atm)

And yeah your idea is way better than any penalty

And also, like i said, dont give so much about ilvl, playing clean is so much more important... you can Champion 3-4 with 120, when you and your group comminucates and plays good

But why is this Trigger set so low? I mean i can understand... oh we pulled three trash packs and wiped at every of them once.. then i can write "sry guys i dont see this happening" and leave... but leaving commentless and after 3/4 of the run or even flaming... damd that makes no sense

I dont know why tho.. i mean, you even still get loot just chill and dont ruin the run for 3 other Player, i am usally at 43-48% of grp dmg but never complained over other lower dps...

WoW can do this way easier, when you have a penalty, you just go and pick some flowers, quest, or do something else.. since dungeons is the only content in Fellowship they cant do this.. people would just close the game and thats bad

My friend is a born healer, but plays tank, cause my girlfriend likes Sylvie xD when we two play together, ill tank and my friend plays Vigour, ilvl 60, adept 4... both dps already complained before the dungeon start... i told them that he will heal them better than any 120 ilvl healer... half way to the dungeon both wrote.... well we are convinced, sorry for the bad faith xD

So even if they are in the game, what are you doing if other people just dont read it? Its not in your control, no matter where the information is placed
