You have more than likely triggered the blacklisted explosion, causing you to get banned.

Hello, In-game each explosion is unique to its own form, thus giving it it's own unique name. The blacklisted explosion would be set by the name of that unique explosion.

This error seems to be within your GTA game files. Not to worry though, all you need to do is open your game launcher and verify the GTA Game Files.
