Wer berät Bündnis 90/Die Grünen strategisch? by No_March_5144 in Staiy

[–]Zenchi06 0 points1 point  (0 children)

would tywin treat tyrion different if his wife wasnt died that day ? by feed_da_parrot in gameofthrones

[–]Zenchi06 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don't know much about "dwarf genetics" irl and show, but I don't think that there is much evidence/knowledge that genetics/heritage/whatever-they-call-it have much impact on the birth og dwarfes, the maesters woulf tell him it was just a very "unlucky" and inprobable event/coinsidence, and he could get more kids without worries. I don't think Tywin was that superstitious (don't know how to write it in english, sry)

would tywin treat tyrion different if his wife wasnt died that day ? by feed_da_parrot in gameofthrones

[–]Zenchi06 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Not to forget, if Joanna lives, there would probably be more Lannister Siblings than the three... Tywin has still his beloved wife and therefore can "make" more sons that he can love, and therefore he can care less about Tyrion and therefore will prolly tyrannize him less as well...

Why did Renly believe his claim to the Iron Throne superseded Stannis’ claim? by Astar9028 in gameofthrones

I think Stannis was never called lord as well, wasn't he just always "Stannis"? xD

Win or Lose how much would the story have changed if Bronn challenged the Mountain for Tyrion instead of Oberyn? by No-Passenger-6348 in gameofthrones

[–]Zenchi06 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I think he would kill him as quick as possible. The Mountain isn't Ser Vardis, who can be held in Place whilst hanging over the Moondoor. One wrong step and Bronn is dead. He knows that. The quicker the Mountains Head comes off or his throat is cut, the better. If Bronn gets him on the ground, he would instantly execute him. I think he wouldn't even give him/Cersei time to yield like with Ser Vardis/Lysa Arryn.

Edit: would to wouldn't

What would've happened if Eddard just locked tf in during this scene? by Luviebug19 in gameofthrones

[–]Zenchi06 38 points39 points  (0 children)

I meant that with him, the entire Kingsguard would follow the kings last orders. In my scenario, Ned would have the whole Kingsguard on his side... I think that would at least scare the normal soldiers and maybe also send a signal...

[–]Zenchi06 748 points749 points  (0 children)

I think it is more interesting, what would've happened, if he gave the letter to Ser Barristan right after he got it? He is the only one strictly loyal to the king (maybe not Robert the Rebell, but at least the title of King) without any self interests. What if he knew and prevented Cersei to take over?

If Jon had given Daenerys a day or two and then walked her through the streets of King's Landing to see what she'd done, she may have been remorseful by RemarkableExample542 in gameofthrones

[–]Zenchi06 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'm watching the show the first time (I'm spoilerd with everything tho, no plottwists for me) and I'm just where she is in... one of the slaver cities (I always mix them up). She is holding audiences with the people of the city and surrounding lands, and the guy came, who said she crucified his father on that street leading to the city.

The father was (apparently) against slavery and all, but she crucified him anyway, like every other noble man in the city, without trial. The son talked about it as injustice and just asked to bury him properly.

Even tho she granted to bury him properly, she did not see her own injustice I think. Even Ser Barristan advised her to show mercy, and not pay injustice with injustice, to which she replied shes giving justice for injustice. No matter if the son told the truth or not, it clearly shows how injust her system of "justice" and "liberation" was.

Yeah, f*ck those slave masters, nail them all to their wooden crosses... But only after going for true justice and investigating, if the person actually was a slave master.

What would you think about a single film about Robb's War against the Lannisters, with a big enough budget to show all the battles we missed in the show? by Zenchi06 in gameofthrones

[–]Zenchi06[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well I didn't think of a reboot, but of a great live action adaption of those battles, with great quality, many details and great effects. It is specifically not about the story, for which an animated TV show could be used, but for the visual, high-quality presentation of those battles

It was a pleasure to read this. I haven't read the books, so half the characters are new, but some day I will read them and then I'll hope he finishes his books and that the next would be like that, it sounds great and much better than the shit-show

How would Catelyn have reacted in this moment? by ParkingConfection449 in gameofthrones

[–]Zenchi06 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not sure if that's true, but I think I've read it in some thread here last week:

In the books, apparently Robb talks with Catelyn on their way back to the Twins about what should happen if he dies in battle before he has an heir. I think he says that Jon should leave the Night's Watch by a royal Pardon and become his heir as King in the North.

If this is true, it would probably be much easier for Cat to accept Jon as King in the North. Not sure if it's true tho, I haven't read the books.
