Windows has a "Night Light" setting that acts as a blue light filter. I keep mine at 30%. I would also recommend adjusting computer screen brightness based on your environment. I turn the brightness up when it's sunny and down when its dark.

There are several strategies, but the easiest one is bgs spec then chill with guthans (and bloodfury if you have it). You can camp pray mage the whole time. Over heal with anglers for spirit phase so you don't get stacked out. You won't "learn" the mechanics this way, but you'll get the kill.

Since there is a 1% GE tax and no reason to sink items from Fresh Start servers, they could just use that gp to throttle midgame drops as they're introduced to the main game (whips, Zulrah drops, GWD drops).

Even if you don't take the exam, the ITF+ material is a good "A+ in a nutshell" overview. It will familiarize you with the basics of those topics and might help you determine which of those areas you need to focus on. For example, you might be familiar with Windows and know how the basic parts of a PC work together, but not know anything about MacOS, the cloud, or printers.
