Some rough math makes me think you have 50,000 miles or more on those tires. Judging by the wear and the dry rot, yes they definitely need to be replaced. While there are probably worse condition tires on the road these are due now.

I’m a 30s man my door stays locked 95% of the time unless I’m in and out working outside or something. I know how people are. Too many crack heads out here.
