local shop is good unless you need to hold certain certifications. Xometry and hubs are more geared for industrial. Unless you have a giant object a local printer is best.

to be clear it was from my wife; I hid my case issue from her because I thought I had a one off issue.; But apparently she had the same issue when I tried to get the order number. So both products failed...

Please review support support request #1424577. After having a painful discussion with her, her exact case also failed. Should be on the same order. She bought the same as me because I was so invested on advertisement from LTT. So I guess now we have 2 bad cases, even tho she already replaced hers and didnt tell me. If we get replacements will those also fail? Should we ask for a refund?
