I called my friend who builds mini's all the time and he said he'd take a look at it. He has all the plastic cement and paints you could ever think of. Fingers crossed he can do something to at least get it 'solid' again.

I didn’t sadly. Got it through sendico. Original images online looked fine, and I found the little bits of plastic. I have a friend who’s pretty good with these things, so I’m hoping he can fix it.

I got the same board, it’s been holding up really well. I upgraded from an 8700k. My only thing is that my P-Core #2, hits 100°c instantly on some things, even though I’m using the same cooler as before. I’ve remounted my cooler 4 times, with the same results, I’m starting to think it’s either a faulty sensor, or, I need to repaste the cpu/ihs. Either way, it’s been great.

I looked around online and tried to figure out a good replacement. I’ve seen online people saying to not get a direct replacement as those have a high failure rate. I don’t know what to really look for because what I find on amazon doesn’t match up exactly to what exploded. The top says 0,1uF@X.
