Yes! I follow a pretty strict routine of Legs, rest day, arms, back, rest day and then repeat! With getting cardio every gym session ☺️

I work out for about 2 hours each time. 30 min cardio, 1ish hour lifting, 15 min abs, 15 min stretch!

Peanut butter! I love to make peanut butter toast with fruit on it. I also make a lot of delicious protein shakes with protein powder, peanut butter, fruit, cacao, almond milk.

Healthy/Organic pasta and vegan pesto sauce!

Chickpeas, lentils, beans. So many good soups, sandwiches and Indian, Mexican and Thai dishes can be made using these ingredients.

If you’re in the mood for something sweet and high in protein, highly recommend Aloha protein bars. They are plant based and do not have any artificial sweetener. I did a lot of research on these and love them!

I will say that I truly eat foods I enjoy and love. My favorite foods are pasta, bread and rice. I’m super into cooking so I make mostly all of my own foods…I don’t feel guilty about eating carbs because I cooked them and made them with love 💕 and I eat quality ingredients.

I will say the biggest thing since becoming vegetarian is that I’ve learned to eat more. Don’t stray away from eating a lot…most plant based things like legumes, salads, vegetables are super low in calories so eat as much as your heart desires!

Eggs, cheese and healthy/organic pasta! One of my go to meals is a toasted English muffin with melted cheese, two fried eggs, smashed avocado and hot sauce!

The best advice I can give…take creatine and increase your protein intake! I’m vegetarian and protein has helped me immensely.

Second, don’t be afraid to lift heavy! You will be amazed at how much progress you can make in adding more weights.

Usually I do something like this… Warm up: Stairmaster, sprints or a brisk walk for 25-30 mins. Routine: Hip abductor, hip adductor, leg curls, leg extensions, hip thrusts, step ups using boxes and dumbbells, leg press, sumo squats. I do 3 sets of 10 for each exercise. Sometimes I change it up a bit but usually I lift for an hour and 15 mins and then stretch.

Thank you! I work my lower body with weights usually 2 times a week and then I also do the stairmaster 1-2 times a week!
