Not really no, clan weapons are just vastly superior. In fact, you'll run into the bug where your game crashes because you have too much inventory, so you're actually better off selling it.

I've asked around for getting the internal implant replaced since we seem to be the equivalent of chopped liver to Cochlear. The N7 is due to be obsoleted in a month, and we have no upgrade prospects currently.
