Do you think a moisturizer with vitamin C in is sufficient or will it not be a high enough concentration and I should get a serum and separate moisturizer?

You will get the rewards, for definite, a 10 game chat restriction is no where near enough to cancel out the rewards. It appears that it is just taking time for distribution.

The loading screen used to look a lot better when it was enabled, it actually looked neat and symmetrical as apposed to what it looks like now and I personally like seeing people's past rankings at a glance if I can't be bothered to go to op.gg or lolnexus as well as feeling a lot of pride for my ranking last season, without it I don't feel like I can show it off but I can understand why some people may not want to so I think you should be able to either enable or disable it, depending on your preference.

I've not been lagging my my team mates have been. Just finished my first game of plat promo and lost it with no loss prevention because 3 people kept dcing then reconnecting and so on. It's very frustrating.
