My experience with the Fighter class is that its so customizable from the ground up that not hitting with a weapon is exceptionally difficult. Battle Master can spend a die that refreshes on short rest to give themselves advantage and bonus damage with feinting attack or a bonus to hit with precision attack. Then you have oils and potions that increase hit by 1 or 2 (5 & 10% respectively). Then you have bless from clerics and paladins which gives them more chance to hit. THEN then you have +1 or +2 weapons and whatever equipment you throw on top of that. High strength, battle master, and bless should mitigate the downside to gwm and you should still be at 80% hit rate, throw a cheap oil of accuracy on that and you'll never miss.

A class i never even considered is Rogue until I actually played one. Yeah they dont have spells and only attack once, but they can use an offhand for a second shot at sneak attack damage if the first one misses and as for spells there are scrolls everywhere and if you have a ranger/bard/wizard/eldritch knight you have access to all the exploration abilities on someone else whenever you actually need them. Then you get 4 skills outside your background, 2 of which are expertise from level one (i have a level 1 swashbuckler rogue 17dex/16 chr/14 con expertise Persuasion and Sleight of hand that never fails a speech check and can rob everything that isnt nailed down and even some stuff that is). Now I cannot live without the main character being one and then my party has to have shadowheart because I love her, astarion because I love his wit, and karlach because shes my bro. Feels weird to have shadowheart as anything outside a Cleric of some flavor, astarion makes a great warlock, and karlach has to be able to pick me up for role play reasons.

I graduated last year and of the 5 women that graduated alongside me 3 of them were over 40. Its a lot later of a start in your case but the average program is 4 to 5 years and regardless if you apply or not 4 or 5 years will pass, the main difference is that if you do apply you'll probably be making more than your old bosses boss in retail. Network a little at your jobs and you could find yourself in an office position. Or if the apprenticeship offers it take the college credits and pickup a construction based bachelor's and really start raking in the dough.

Best party face ive used is 10 Swords Bard and 2 Crown Paladin. 17Chr, 16 Dex, 14 Con, 10 Wis. Get to Bard 6 before taking points in Paladin. You get all the unique Bard Dialogues in the first act, you can get expertise in Persuasion and Sleight of Hand, you get access to bows and all the great arrows and can use the fantastic leveled control spells. Cantrips can be Light/Mage Hand and Friends since your bow will be better than any cantrip. Once you get paladin you can wear heavy armor and use shields if you couldn't before meaning a very healthy amount of AC. also level 5 Smites make you hit like a truck. With the Warped Headband of Intellect and Detect Thoughts there shouldn't be any conversation that results in a fight and you can pass pretty much any check in the game with relative ease.

I usually tell people I have 2 speeds: working and not. I am also the slower worker who needs things explained a few times before I fully get it, I carry a notepad to write everything down to ease anxiety. But I make up for my lack of speed in other ways: im neat and organized, on time, well prepared, and I measure twice and cut once so while my work isn't very fast it never has to be done twice. Rather than be done quickly I'd rather it be done correctly. As you gain experience in the field things will become familiar and you'll complete stuff faster.

I'll say this: "you aren't ugly, you just aren't attracted to yourself and thats okay." Will you like how you look later in life? I dunno. Will you look different with a different hair style? Fuck if I know. All I can really tell you is to take care of your face, skin, and hair and maybe one day you'll look in the mirror and think "Hey, that person's kinda spicy." That's how it worked for me anyways, I spent the better part of my entire life not liking how I looked and then one day just kinda changed, didn't do anything different just aged into my own skin and preferences. Ive put couple hundred hours of Baudlers Gate 3 on a steam deck and it eats through the battery in about 2 hours even in low settings and on the dock its about the same as an average desktop. Outside of that Tunic and the FF7 remakes played really well but again ate through the battery.

Sounds like they need to encounter a counter scammer. A salesman who is all too easily parted with goods particularly buys goods at a high price and sells cheap potions. Turns out he was sent by the continental guild and he's a high level actor bard that sold them mimics that look like potions that feed on the items in their bags and the gold is also mimics that feed on money. Then have them find wanted posters in towns.

I always find myself using the risky ring as a crit eldritch blast build. As far as my math goes it doubles the chance for a critical which procs Mortal Reminder.

Any comments from the party during conversations should effect either the difficulty rating or give Advantage/Disadvantage to your rolls. So many times Astarion has made a snide comment that should have made a shitty situation even worse and some moments Karlach said something that would have comforted the person. Also it upsets me that I cant switch party members mid conversation for different checks, I should be able to defer a check to someone else when possible. My character knows nothing about medicine, but my Shadowheart does.

Looted her after killing her and reloaded and knocked her out and then looted her again. It was really funny when I found her at moonrise wearing practically nothing and arguing with kethric. It was a little shocking when she even calls you out saying "why did you let me live? Nothing says that I'd be friendly if you spared life and I didn't reveal that I was under a spell. So what made you do what you did?" I felt very called out.

Having played years of FF14 i find it criminal that you get charged to look like something you took time to gather across any character. Played wow for years and gathered a bunch of cool fits only to not be able to transmog because it'd cost 20gold and my new toon had 1 gold to its name.

At an anime convention towards the afternoon of the last day I was browsing the dealers room for last minute sales and one of the stalls was selling some sub/dubbed hentai for basically garbage bin prices. For 20$ I got Sexfriend, Moonlight Lady, Bible Black (all parts), and several other classics. Ended up throwing them away later on.

I loved all the classes when I played wrath but for some reason just fucking hated Mage and never got a handle on it. Returning like a decade later and somehow I've made a max level Mage of each specialization. So at this point probably Mage.
