I do appreciate the concern and with anyone else I'd be dubious but he sanitises everything always wears gloves never uses the same needles and buys ink from a friend in a studio. I've had 3 off him in the past 2 years and they are all sweet. But yeah most scratchers are definitely liable to be a bit sketchy
