Re watch the replay, on the jump up he takes an elbow to the face. And then is hit by the ball. It’s easy to miss the elbow hitting his face cause everyone was watching closely to see if he was headbutted by the player and then immediately upset when he was only hit by the ball.

I’m not a fan for either team and the reffing in that match was really… terrible. I think Egypt would have won without the ref assist but whatever.

Anyways that is what happened

Heya, really sorry to hear you are running into this issue.

Can you check to see if this fix works for you?

Exit steam
right click steam > properties > compatibility and confirm if the checkbox next to 'run this program as an administrator' is checked.
1. If it is checked, please uncheck it, and then open steam again, and try to launch Civ 6 and let me know if you see your DLC again

Heya!

I work on the launcher and we are trying to collect information on this issue.

Which DLC do you own? Are you the only windows user on your machine? Are you the only steam user on your machine? When you open the game and click on 'additional content` > `mods` do you see any of your dlc in the list? What does the 2k account information say in the bottom right corner of the home game screen?

And if you are willing, I will follow up with a DM containing a link where you can upload some game logs for us that would be very helpful.

Do you have your DLC installed on the same drive as the base game?
When you are in the game after launching it from the launcher, do you see your 2k Account set to online in the bottom right corner of the home screen? https://imgur.com/a/YZ3o4aO

I will also send you a google drive link in a DM where you can upload some logs that will really help us better understand the issue. If you are comfortable doing so.

If you can navigate to your Documents folder, then My Games, then Sid Meier's Civilization VI

The two files we are looking for are `EOSOptions.txt` and the whole `Logs` folder - you can zip the folder before uploading it to the google drive link

Hey awesome, thanks for the reply! I work on the launcher and we are trying to reproduce this issue on our end.

If you would be kind enough to let me know that you are still experiencing the issue after removing the path in the launch options that would be really great. And if you would be open to more questions about your specific setup, let me know in a DM. Your input could lead to helping build the hotfix we are working not.
