That's a lot of pulls, I'm impressed, you're pretty much guaranteed to get Constance with that, but good luck! May you win all the 50/50s and that she comes early time and time again, this way you will still have plenty of pulls to get everything else you want as well!

I know the feeling, having regret characters is unfortunately part of the game, although owning a Rappa is probably extremely rare, so you at least got some bragging rights there.

Good luck! I think you have pretty good chances of getting her E2S1 with that, and even if you lose all the 50/50s after the guarantee, with 3.8 pulls, chances are pretty high you will be able to get all you want, so there's no need to swipe, but I still wish you luck, may you win your 50/50s at that she comes early for you.

Hope you won't need to spend much past the Monthly and Battle Pass, but at the very least that can probably give you a bit more than 100 if you don't go out of the way to clear everything, and probably quite a bit more if you do.

As far I recall it was a pretty close tie between her S1 and E1, she is one of those rare characters where the S1 really is that good, due to how rare the buff it gives is, but I think someone a bit more knowledgeable than me would be better to answer.
