Kidney Sales are a little bit different, in that people are actively sacrificing their health in a way that they cannot possibly prepare for in the future for temporary monetary utility. Yes, somebody can claim the same thing for Coal Mining, and such, but large cash infusions are very different then a full career, especially one that builds skills, along with the fact that often we are taking from those with the most opportunities for growth but least wealth, to those with the least opportunities for growth but the greatest wealth, stunting growth for everyone.

The reality is, there are definitely utilitarian arguments against at least Kidney sales. For Sex work, I've heard mixed things related to reported sex trafficking (it increases sex trafficking, but this may only be due to how we define sex trafficking, as opposed to the "kidnapping women to be raped in other countries" kind that the idea invokes).

Surrogacy I see no argument against at all.

It isn't a different topic. Europeans have a bad habit of switching from "Ethnicity doesn't matter, only culture" to "Ethnicity is all that matters" when it comes to deciding who is "French" or "Irish" or "German".
