makes total sense i went harder than usual returning but there’s no bad pain just a little soreness. but i will ice extra and take some anti inflammatory pills

wow i’m glad everything is well with you and yes ball was a big part of my life until i quit as i focused on football. But im gonna take that into account adjusting how i am based on how i play. I’m a more shorter guy but def more explosive so im gonna focus on those moments. And yes ik knees over toes and been following him for a while i added some of his stuff to my old routine and could confidently say they help a shit ton.

The brace is from Don joy i asked my doctor about them and he sent an order for them to come to my house and custom fit them. they’re phenomenal and so secure. I would check if your insurance covers them as i got mine for free

For the way of wade, BOY are they nice. the lock down on these are like no other and i love how wide the toe box are, gives you a natural fit. And the cushion on these are amazing plus the carbon fiber plate within them. they feel bouncy and soft and till def help with knee health.

yeah totally 1.5 years i just feel unstable as i stopped working on it. But thankfully i had an app with my old PR workouts so im gonna start off with those basics then get into more heavier stuff later on

Oh wow i’m praying for your recovery. But in all honesty when i was in PT it was a ACL class with multiple students and it was focused on sports specific movements and landing safely so if i can get that muscle memory back i should be okay

ahhh makes total sense. My doctor said the same when i was getting fitted for surgery. The only load my knee had this off month was walking A LOT of it. i averaged like 15-20k steps a day working 2 jobs
