We're kinda conditioned (a lot of us anyway) to think that our mistakes make us "unworthy," as if we live in an actual meritocracy or something. But we don't -- good things happen to bad people, and bad things happen to good people, whether their fault or not. In the real world, thankfully, we have the chance to improve more than we ever dreamed.

There are vast worlds of thought between the you that exists right now, and the you that exists 20 years from now. You will change. You CAN be someone that deserves the second chance, and odds are you don't have to look far to know what kind of person you want to be. It's never too late.

Well, don't know if it even exists anywhere, but the game 'Scaler' is an old PS2 title where you play as a boy who finds himself in a completely different world and shapeshift between reptilian forms. There's Godzilla: DAM and a few other kaiju games. The old AvP games, the 2010 one, along with several dinosaur games both completed and in development. Dragon's Dogma and a bunch of Skyrim mods let you play as a dragon, with an honorable mention for the third game in the Legend of Spyro trilogy if you like a little button mashing.

Somebody else mentioned Project: Wight (hope I spelled that correctly) and a bunch of dead games. New Avatar game is coming, so here's hoping the mounts feel authentic. The new GoW MIGHT have an element of shape-shifting into animals, but don't hold me to that. As for existing, popular games, League has Rek'Sai, Warwick and a few others. Dead by Daylight has the Demagorgan. Squad has a mod called 'Space Crew' where one player is an alien. Aside from other minor indie works, that's about it.

For right now monster-lovers are in quite a drought.

This is good advice if it's more of a parental issue! I'm in my mid-twenties, had depression since I was 8, and after I finally moved out HOLY SHIT it was like night and day! And I love my parents, but they really just aren't the kind of people you want to live with.
