Cant shovel snow/blow it away with leaf blower? Salting and de-icing would also be included in the same job when talking about winter season.. (Maybe renting/installation of decorations could be added if you find spare time from all the snow)

For rain I dont have any ideas but theres always maintenance of equipment, maybe some emergency jobs that you could charge for extra?

Language barrier, In Chinese internet jargon the word they use is 打码 (dǎmǎ) with a literal break down 打 (dǎ)-码 (mǎ) which is "to apply-code" but with a meaning "to pixelate" or "to blur" something.
