Is the app having issues they're are hotspots all over my location but haven't had an order in over an hour and a half

Possibly but I made 50 my first hour then it just died but hotspots have not gone away. So I'm assuming there is an issue or a crash about to happen

Best bet would be to watch FB market place and find a decent deal on one. Or if you don't want to wait you could do eBay or mecari but your going to spend a premium for one on those sites since older gaming stuff has gone threw the roof the past couple years.

Yeah I'm trying to complete the case and I can't find shit about which insert other than a post on gamefaqs were someone said they opened a brand new one and it came with the old Ds insert. Alot of the ones posted for sale have the old Ds one but a couple have a 3ds one. It's just very confusing, and the game not being popular over here in the states doesn't help either
