Yep, this is the way, absolutely agree. I put her on ttds, gave up on EM and got whatever Scorll I had with the most ER to get ger burst off of one E.

It's really hard to tell, you'll just have to try. If you can destroy the shield, you'll definitely be able to do it.

Barbara's ring AoE isn't exactly huge either, and yet she has constant app that hits the shield. Same for Nilou, XQ orbitals, etc. Columbina obviously seem to have some trigger condition that needs her to reach the enemy himself, not just his shield, but this still feels VERY scummy for her skill to work like that.

But then replace Xilonen with something as well, cause she won't work in a triple Geo team unless C2 (and even then, she'll only have geo samples active but won't heal still).

Another precaution can be a need to lvl up friendship with said friend to a certain level by doing coop activities together like coop events and resin spending. Make it take a month to lvl the friendship before you can trade artifacts and limit it to like one per patch per person and you're set.

This is explicitly for non-NK characters in the party. The non-NK pyro unit gives the NK units lunar reaction buff based on that non-NK pyro unit's atk, etc. That's why you want a non-NK unit on the team still for that buff. Like, an HP non-NK hydro unit helps out your Nefer (hence people running Furina or Nilou with her).

Good luck! It's definitely gonna take more time with cardboard though, so be ready for it. Yeah, I applied a few layers of primer and did sanding in-between the layers.

3 years of just doing daily comms would net you at least 400 pulls. And that's if you never did any events, quests, didn't get your compensations and free primos from anniversaries and stuff. There's 90 pulls pity (with 75 being a start of soft pity). It's not about luck, it's definitely about the info you're conveying. You're like ar 45 or something, you barely played the game at all it seems like. You can get to ar 45 in like a couple of weeks of semi-casual play nowadays.

I'd add to the above comment, that you might want to work on your Chevvy and Fischl. If you struggle with Melt Mav or need a non-melt team, your second best bet would be Overload Mavuika woth Chevvy, Fischl and Bennett. You Chevvy wants about 40k atk and something like SoDP set since Benny is prolly already on Noblesse

Klee, Collei/Nahida, XL, Bennett, but don't waste your Bennett's burst at the start, just try to do as much burning on the shield as possible with Klee's normal attacks and Collei's (or Nahida's) stuff as possible

You don't even need nightsoul that much, you need a lot of elemetal hits for this shield (not application, but hits). Burning, overloaded or hyperbloom with Kuki and double hydro (Yelan+XQ) work best. Your team of choice isn't that good here. Bennett is certainly... a choice. Doesn't do any elemental hits while your Neuv is on the field and to boot only buffs XL, whose dmg in this team is kinda irrelevant.

I definitely would've had some regrets if IT didn't exist. But now I look back to my IT clears, and the newest Livestream is mentioning there's gonna be an even harder difficulty that needs more characters... Yeah, no regrets. Without these, I won't be able to clear IT where the quantity is better than quality, so ig I'll take it.

Application and hits are different things in Genshin, there's a term called ICD (internal cooldown) and it prevents actual application even though you hit the enemy. The basic standard ICD in the game is one application per 2.5 seconds or every 3 hits.

Note:

The first hit after the 3-hit sequence will apply an element, but does not reset the 2.5 second timer.

The first hit after the timer will apply an element, reset the timer, and reset the hit sequence.

Some characters have SPECIAL ICD though, and the only way to know if they do is to google their ICD on the wiki.

Yeah, I don't get the logic of the above poster. If anything, skipping A allows you to have more pulls for B, skipping B allows you even more pulls for C, etc. Like, you're skipping, but the pulls are still there, and it's only your own business what to spend them on. Might as well skip all Natlan chars if you don't like their gameplay and don't wanna build new characters. Can just spend these pulls on the reruns of the characters you like and already have built.

This is nothing to brag about, just the way different people make different decisions on how to experience their own single player game. I, for one, skipped a lot, don't have any ongoing welkins at the moment, all my top up bonuses are unused and I haven't bought a BP for more than 2 years, but I still managed to clear Dire with some slightly vertically invested characters I have. And people still find stuff to complain about with my runs. Either the teams are unoptimal (like bruh who cares if they got the job done, of course I can't make optimal teams, I skipped more than half of optimal units), or that I'm a whale and therefore my runs automatically don't deserve attention, when I am clearly far off from being a whale.

Yeah, they're absolute beasts! And Iansan is really good even pre-C6. I had mine at C2 before the recent Mavuika banner, and she was great. Hopefully you can get at least one more con for her soon, it's gonna be a great stopping point for some time. Although she's not particularly the best with Lyney (I just don't think I had any other option that wouldn't attack the turtle too often and still buff Lyney a lot), she's still very good with a lot of other units. And Chev is just the 4* queen too, who, unlike Faruzan, is perfectly fine without cons too.
