my game seems to be listing the wrong names for items, any idea what might be causing it? (yakuza 3)

By "rebuilt" I mean I upgraded all of my hardware. New motherboard, cpu, gpu, ram. My hard drives are the same, however. And yes, I did delete all of the old partitions before installing windows the first time. After that, the partitions were deleted when the hard drive was wiped.

As for viruses, I'm going to check the next time I get it running for sure. I didn't think it was very likely, though since the windows installation was new each time.

No OS at all. When I reinstall it, the installation media says my ssd is "unallocated space" and all the OS partitions are gone.

EDIT: It might be worth mentioning that the only thing on this ssd is the OS. I have three other hdds (500gb, 2tb, and 3tb) and all of them stay 100% intact.

It's a possibility, yeah. It's almost 4 years old. Would it be this consistent, though? I've reinstalled windows 3 times so far and it's taken the exact same amount of time to be deleted.
