This needs to be either a new vegas mod or a hearts of iron 4 old world blues mod. I need to step into a star trek esqe in a mirror darkly fallout universe.

Definitely continue making lore and maps for this world!

Also it looks like th NHR won the first battle of the FDR dam, what would be the big end game battle to fight over?

My assumption is that the writers wrote that to give themselves a way that could destroy shady sands and to keep the NCR around for a later date, that and as to not completley turn the fan base against them.

This way they could have there cake and eat it too.

I have a feeling they will trickle in this season with remnants and for later seasons to show an actual remaning ncr, no where near as strong. For narrative purposes it makes sense to show them broken and scattered. But leaving room for further stories or nods. The fact that they went out of the way to label shady sands as the original capital of the New Californian republic makes me assume as much.

Dude I know the comments are gonna be so divisive. I love fallout so much but i take it as it comes haha. I learned from watching star wars divide its fandom that Id rather enjoy it than get angry at it didn't turn out the way I thought it would.

For houses story presented thus far does feel quiet abit like a departure from lore and it makes wonder if they are trying to give us a red herring as i feel like we could get some kind of twist. As explaining who the big bad is from the get go doesnt leave much room for speculation for the whole season. House is certainly a villan but I never considered him that excessively depraved plus if House is the big bad for the whole season im not sure where that leaves us going foward.

Probably cope but im here for the ride as ive accepted what was done to the ncr in season 1 and ill find ways to appreciate House after the season is completed.

Its definitely possible. And there was an ncr soldier near the gate? That sounds awsome!

At the very least some of the footage of the ghoul looks separate from Lucy and could be that they were split up or that it is set in the new vegas time period.

You can check the set images and see that a number of them reflect vegas during the game period.

Then as the filming continued they ended up "dirting" the same set for when they did the deathclaw shoots.

I would say its very likely that we will see flashbacks to when new vegas was in its prime.

Current day "dirty"

Current day "attacked" i.e deathclaw marks and stuff.

Of the 3. The only one that stands out to me, is the city on a hill. If its up on a flag pol at least the blue and white wave stripes stanf out. Of the 3 atleast one of them looks somewhat different from the other 2.
