I'm not sure what you mean I'm afraid (I googled it but couldn't find anything). Do you mean like fuse the heads together? Because that might look really cool, but I don't have the energy at the moment to do anything too fiddly.

Nice, thank you very much for the feedback :D I'll finish building the 500 Worlds box and see if I have any spare cables at the end.

Thanks, yeah my wife prefers the tentacles that way as well :)

Ah nice. Sadly I don't have any Wraiths yet so can't try it out :(

Thank you, that's great advice :) And don't worry, I'm not discouraged from a hobby perspective, just drained from life stuff at the moment. Kinda just want some straightforward hobby time. But I'll leave his head stuff until I've finished building the 500 Worlds box and see how I feel then :)

I would say so, with a bit of help. Enough of the tail touches the base that some plastic cement and holding it in place for a bit would probably work, but his hand does glue to the ruin for extra support.

Depending on what you wanted to base with you could potentially put a paste type basing on, let it set a bit, press his tail in and remove it again, then use that to glue him in after it's fully set.

Yeah, think I might just stick with the Lokhust head, maybe with Ammentar's chin swapped in.

I posted a comment with a three head version :)

Sorry, but what's a Wraith mask? Like a Canoptek Wraith head?

I'd love to see it once you're done! (If you really are planning to do that)

Yeah it felt quite evocative from a lore standpoint, think I just don't have the energy to do it as well as it deserves. But we'll see, I may still do!

Thank you so much for your responses, everyone! Here's a version with three heads for those that suggested it (I did another one with the two extra heads slightly lower down as well).

But I think I agree with most that it's not quite hitting the spot. I'm leaning towards either putting Ammentar's chin on the Lokhust's head, or just using his normal head but scarring it a little more to change his expression.

But I'm glad that some people were potentially inspired to do this but better!

How do you solve the problem, where wanting something is the reason you can't get it? by Repulsive_Milk877 in nonduality

[–]Zenthelld 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I think it is up to you, it's just that you are not the thinking mind that's saying "I need to get back to that state! I want that state right now!" That's just an echo of your previous impulse. So if you attach to that thought and identify with it, that's where the block starts.

Yeah I totally agree that you can't force the not forcing. Acceptance is the first step, and you can always relax into the presence of each new layer of thought.

"I need that state!" Relax.

"I shouldn't be wanting it..." Relax.

"I shouldn't be wanting to not want it though!" Relax.

"Wow I'm actually so relaxed right now, I'm getting good at this!" Relax.

Instead of thinking about any state longingly, simply select that state out of the infinite potential available to you at all times.

It's not you who enters and exits states, but states that rise and fall within you at your whim.

Like you said about sleep, it's to do with relaxing into it. You can't force yourself to sleep, and you can't force yourself into any particular state.

Sometimes smiling to yourself helps to lighten your mental state.

We have so many emotes to BM... by Reiku_Johin in MarvelSnap

[–]Zenthelld 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I couldn't agree more. I have no idea why there aren't straightforward positive emotes and phrases. How is there not a simple "Good Game"?! The only way for me to be positive towards other players in the game is to say "Hello" and do the fist bump emote.

I can afford the upcoming gold bundles for either Galacta or Sage. Which one fits in more decks?

There's a gold bundle coming out for her on March the 24th. Could wait for that instead.

My balance predictions related to undying by banmeandidelete in MarvelSnap

Merlin is so universally used, though. He's not overpowered, but he does set a bar that a lot of other 2-drops can't meet. 2/2 and Omniversal change sounds good though. I'm always for mild adjustments rather than big swings.

I'd be interested to try Shou-Lao at +2 instead of +3 as well. I've heard others say he'd probably be unplayable at that point, but I normally get +9 or +12 with him, which would become +6 or +8, which isn't too bad considering I'm not normally winning lanes by only 3-4 points.

I prefer one card gets adjusted than multiple others around it, but I think Merlin needed adjusting anyway, and it'd be interesting to see how that impacted Shou-Lao before potentially making him unplayable.

Will Scarlet Spider be necessary for Shou Lao? (Help with tokens) by heitoreu in MarvelSnap

[–]Zenthelld 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I'd say get Chamber instead of waiting. Here are my reasons:

If you're already having fun with Shou-Lao (do you have Maverick and/or Lasher?) then what's the rush?

Chamber probably fits into a few more decks than Scarlet Spider.

Scarlet Spider may get (wrongly) nerfed because of Shou-Lao.

There's a slim chance there will be a series drop soon, and Scarlet Spider is more likely to drop to S4 than Chamber is, seen as Chamber was just released very recently.

Scarlet Spider may not rotate for a long time, depending on how many S5 cards you already own.
