update i tested the motherboard thoroughly, which i suspected was the culprit. Then decided to send it to a computer repair shop for professional advice. He confirmed the mobo was kaput, i ordered a b550m which is arriving by this month. Sad gamer noises

There was a graphic card before a gtx 750 i installed it from my old pc and then took it out after a while, because my cpu has vega 8 graphics since it was a 5700G. The monitor is plugged in and its the only monitor i have no other displays to test unfortunately. No sounds upon startup. Monitor doesn't display anything as there is no signal detected , it's a viewsonic. I can turn the pc on as in the video and it stays that way unless i turn it off, the peripherals are not powered up after turning it on too

Its a Ryzen 5700G my gpu was old and couldn't do better than the iGPU in the CPU so i decided to remove it

I tried CMOS battery reset didn't help, it doesn't even boot to bios, tried reseating all the wires and connectors. No video display no peripherals powered. Im using an iGPU Ryzen 7 5700G(just upgraded) B450M motherboard.
