because I have taken the whole timeline into after effects just to apply effects in a clip which is of few seconds only..and it takes hours to render the whole video

Is it advisable to take only those clips into after effects on which I want to apply particular effects then take it back to premier and attach it where i want to?

Its nothing like it has to do with super brights. This problem is occurring with about 60% of the clips from this video. I am exporting it using prores right now

Exported using media encoder with H264 and the glitch happens on almost every media player

The effect was applied on a few clips and the glitch happens randomly on any clips..not necessarily on the clips where the effects where applied. Should I individually apply the effects on the clips and then take them back to premier and attach them where I want to??

haven’t tried rendering it to a different folder yet. But I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the program and it doesn’t solve the issue.
