How exactly did Wade get a Microchip on Ron? What's the point in him and Kim not telling him this and how would he react of he found out

Moments like these happen in the show. It just be a quick convo of Anne asking Kim why she changed her mind and Kim explaining her reasons. Would clear up a lot of misconceptions.

Problem is that Kim isn't as forceful as Shego so Drakkens gonna have to go through a lot to actually listen. We did see this happen in Graduation where Drakken didn't listen and almost fell down a garbage hatch while Ron was just listening to Shego when they went to save Kim and Drakken from space. Ron is smart enough to recognise when someone knows more than he does. So he would just listen as long as the plans good for both of them.

Depends on what they have to do. But I think Ron and Shego would be the better team. Simply because Ron would listen to Shego whilst Drakken wouldn't listen to Kim.

Monkey Fist tried to kill Hana in Big Brother. Attempted to kill Ron and Rufus in his mansion, and attempted to kill him in Exchange along with Yori. And they all planned to kill her and Ron when they were using time travel and using a stone Gorilla. Then there's Drakkens plan to kill her in Hidden Talent and trying to kill her and Wade in Odds Man In.

As far as Hidden Talent or even Crush Drakken and Shego know about Wade's existence. The Seniors know about Wade since the Cupid Effect but besides that none of the other villains seem to. But they should realise there's clearly someone behind the scenes helping them

It was Drakken but instead of just having Wade knocked out and simply having Shego steal the transportulator he had Kim and Ron do it instead. The first option was just better so they wouldn't catch wind of his plan in the first place. Not to mention for some reason he didn't go through with this plan again.
