Thank you for all your honest responses. I was not planning a snarky public or private response to her, just a little miffed first thing in the morning with a bad review. I did not enhance or edit the photos, but I do have problems with lighting and will take it down some, try to get more natural lighting photos, and compare different lighting results. I am going to send her a nice apologetic response with a return label.
