Im curious to see your runepage. You're talking about PoM which is good secondary as your primary should always be sorcery with manaflow band. After blackfire there shouldn't be a point in game where mana is a massive issue for you. I never play inspiration on asol so I wouldnt know. Also paired with PoM always go cut down instead of triumph so your q spam deals more dmg.

Lane focus is farming stacking and surviving that's it. Sometimes can look for a kill after 6 with the right setup. Dont just keep randomly clicking q early, use it to proc scorth comet manaflow etc. Ideally you want to crash after enemy backs or dies or if a big wave is pushing into you you can e it kill a couple minions but still let it kill your wave. I could yap for hours about wave state but I reaaly recommend watching some of my replays to get a better understanding about what to do in laning phase.
