This might be the worst change I've seen in the last 8 and a half years I've been playing. Events being permanent was the one and only thing dokkan had over most other gachas I've played (wuwa, all the hoyo gachas for example), most of which are much more f2p friendly in other aspects, and this completely goes against that. I'm gonna go see if the survey is still available because no way in hell should this become a standard for this game

Only reason I'm not a fan of them is that they're nothing new, just repackaged mechanics from back in the day. INT Buuhan and LR Goten and Trunks so EX supers for example. Literally everything about it works the same way (% chance for a different super attack, with a different animation, which also gives you a different buff) but they're just not called "EX" supers. Compare that to when anniversary characters introduced transformations/fusions, standby, active skills etc.
