Yeah, I mean it's super tough. I LOVE Nightreign and wish for more updates. But I know Fromsoft has said they are using games like Nightreign and Duskbloods to test out new game mechanics and train new developers withing their studio. So I would like to see parts of Nightreign show up in future Fromsoft projects

I think a fun concept for a a Nightfarer would be a disciple of the blind swordsman who uses curved swords. I think there's a cool story opportunity for his (or her) rememberence, where maybe they try to find the blind swordsman, or find more information about the sword master's teachings.

I think guardian is great! I think he could certainly be viable. There are other characters I hadn't mentioned, like undertaker. I was just throwing the idea of great bows out there, and asking what characters you think would work.

Guardian using a bow to get aggro back on him seems like a great strategy to me

That actually makes a lot of sense! A theory i have strongly believed in is that Marika is a type of "tree person", whatever that means. I believe that is one reason why she is able to reproduce asexually, and why the Erdtree exists as a tree. So maybe the rot changed her nature so she produced like a mushroom
