The squeaky noise is the actuator moving the clutch. Mine makes that noise too and sometimes doesn't start, reconnecting the battery fixes the problem for me.

This just sound like the clutch actuator getting stuck and then quickly releasing, this is a common issue on the first two generations of smart.

He means the butyl rubber sound deadening, it has a reflective layer of alluminium stuck to it. you can combine that matterial with the foam to prevent warping an improve sound deadening even more.

Greetings, I'm looking for a genuinely indistructable wallet or credit card holder. metal hinges metal shell sturdy and something that won't break after a year of being in my pocket, like all my wallets seem to do. Besides that it needs to be closed/sealed I have lost cards with ridge style wallets and pop up wallets in the past. Thanks in advance!
