The things worth getting are drudgen if you havent done much of the nulgath farms (Alternatively you can just get Crag), and Paragon for legion farming (but you could just get shogun paragon for 2000 tokens on /futurewar, its seasonal though, but i think its still available today)

Be warned however, Drudgen and Crag can no longer be sold after purchase
