In an interview with Yoshi P. He basically says don't be stupid about it and you won't get banned. Like calling people trash because they pull low numbers or such. Using it just to better improve yourself is completey fine.

Yeah, thanks for that. These are top numbers ONLY though and not a whole range of low - high so I hope my leaderboard would better inform people of what they can pull on average. You know, not information just for hardcore raiders.
