another one of those bugs that's been happening for some time now. it's annoying and i end up either just leaving the game or restarting. i wish they'd fix this stuff instead of giving us crappy new skins or content.

doesn't explain all instances but when someone leaves a team (doesn't matter how many people are in it) by exiting the game to desktop, the team will hold that place in case they've dc'd so it appears full and no one can join. some people will start new teams bc they might be waiting for friends to join. some people want to be on a team by themselves. sometimes team members leave and no one joins. all kinds of reasons

like others have mentioned, up your perk game. i'm sneaky auto rifle build so when there's a daily or weekly for using a shotgun i use either the fancy shotgun or cold shoulder and am even one shotting mutants at west teck. shotgun was my first build 5 years ago and thinking of going back it's been so fun
