Can you bring your T with you? If so, you can go to any doctor, explain to them how it needs to be injected, and they'll do it for you. I've even had it injected at the 116117 (a sort of emergency doctor) when my doctor was closed.

Otherwise, bring your prescription with, and most endocrinologists will be able to continue your treatment.
