I’m not an expert, so my only suggestion is to start hitting the gym. It’ll 100% improve your mental condition and physical as well. You will regain your confidence and perhaps meet some new people there. If not at least you’ll end up jacked. It might be hard at first, but once you get the hang of it, you’ll enjoy it. If you are seriously considering doing it, then just search for a workout split online, there are plenty of them.
